Matthew J. Uyemura, MD
Dr. Uyemura began practicing in Greeley in 1999, after earning his medical degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, in 1991. Dr. Uyemura finished his internship and residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. He then spent a year at Fort Greely, Alaska, as a general medical officer. After completing his residency in Ophthalmology, he practiced in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, for three years before coming to Greeley. He was Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1998. Dr. Uyemura is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Weld County Medical Society. Dr. Uyemura also provides services to eastern Colorado and western Kansas in Wray, CO and Saint Francis, KS.

Rochelle J. Brotsky, MD
Dr. Brotsky began practicing in Greeley in 2005, after earning her medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. In 2000, Dr. Brotsky completed her residency in Ophthalmology at Louisiana State University’s Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she also won the Outstanding Clinical Research Award. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Weld County Medical Society.

Samuel M. Jeng, MD
Dr. Jeng received his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, interned at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California, and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in 2003. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2010, he practiced in the Phoenix metropolitan area for 7 years. He was Board Certified in 2004 by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Jeng is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Several times a month, Dr. Jeng also provides services and eye surgery in Fort Morgan and Brush, CO.

Arwen K. Christian, DO
Dr. Christian is a Colorado native who grew up in Pueblo. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Denver and completed her medical degree at the University of New England in Maine. She completed her medical internship and ophthalmology residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio in 2019. Dr. Christian was Board Certified in 2020 by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
